Die erfolgreiche US-Amerikanerin Lael Wilcox ist die offizielle Botschafterin des HOPE-1000.
Im Jahr 2018 erreichte Lael am HOPE-1000 den tollen 2. Rang. Ihre Zeit von 4 Tagen 10 Stunden und 13 Minuten ist seither der Frauen-Rekord.
